Natural Color Stabilized Handle Material

The process forces liquid acrylic resins into wood under high pressure. The resins completely impregnate the wood, it is then cure. Once stabilized, wood becomes harder, stronger, and will not change shape. The color darkens slightly. The result is a clear and durable material that has qualities of both acrylic and wood.

I don’t attempt to stabilize my wood in a small shop environment. After each selected piece is shaped and prepared it is shipped off to Arizona where the stabilizing process is preformed by one of the pioneers in the industries. I tried a number of different services before I established a relationship with these guys and I have learned that they are the best and offer the most consistent quality

Handle material is sold in matched sets. The approximate dimensions of each piece of wood is 1 1/2” x 5” x 3/8”. Each piece of wood is different and responds differently to the stabilizing and or dying process. The pictures provided are representative of available product. This is not the piece of wood that you will receive.
