Welcome to my web site. My name is Frank Jacobs. I am a retired Millwright / Welder. I have been messing around with knives for about as long as I can remember. I started by making knives for my own use on the job, and then began making them for
co-workers and friends. The frustration of trying to find quality, affordable handle material drove me to begin selecting and processing my own wood. As well as making my own Mosaic pins. Soon I was providing material for other local makers. After walking around a few knife shows with a piece or two of wood in my hands, I began to take orders and now supply many of the major Custom Knifemakers.
