.With the exception of our Economy Scales we believe that every set of scaled that we offer on our site is Presentation Grade, the Best of the Best. However from time to time a set of scales catches your eye. You know it from the time it comes off the saw. You look for it when a batch comes back from being stabilized, There it is, and you were right it is special. Normally these Special Scales are never offered for sale. They are made available to a special customer or saved to go on one of your own knives. As Frank has been busy filling commercial orders a lot of wood is going through the shop. He has little time to devote to his own knives. Frank has agreed to make some of these Special Scales available here.
